One Seriously Injured in El Paso Bicycle Accident on Alameda Avenue at Washington Street

El Paso, Texas (April 22, 2020) – According to the police, one person was seriously injured in a bicycle accident on Tuesday night in South-Central El Paso.

The accident occurred around 7:08 p.m. April 21, in the 4100 block of Alameda Avenue at Washington Street, near the Chico’s Tacos.

Police said the crash involved a bicycle and a vehicle. The circumstances surrounding the crash were not immediately established.

The bicyclist was taken to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

The Special Traffic Investigators are investigating the crash.
