Calvin Eugene Roberts III Killed in Abilene Pedestrian Accident on S. Treadaway Boulevard

Abilene, Texas (February 1, 2021) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash Sunday morning in Abilene, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:00 a.m., January 31, in the 3200 block of S. Treadaway Boulevard.

Police said Calvin Eugene Roberts III, of Abilene, was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.

Roberts was found in the middle of the roadway and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are looking for the suspect.
