Construction Worker Dies in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on West Kiest Boulevard

Dallas, Texas (May 29, 2019) – A construction worker was struck and killed by a vehicle on Tuesday afternoon in Dallas, according to the police.
The incident took place on Tuesday, May 28, on West Kiest Boulevard, near Mountain Creek Parkway.
Police said construction workers were performing street repairs in the eastbound lanes of West Kiest Boulevard when an SUV crossed the median and crashed into two workers.
One worker was pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
A second worker and the SUV driver were both hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash is currently under active investigation.
