Dan Jarrett Parkman Killed in El Paso Pedestrian Accident on Mesa Street

El Paso, Texas (March 31, 2023) – The man who was killed in a pedestrian accident earlier this month in west El Paso has been identified as Dan Jarrett Parkman, 44, of Georgia, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened on March 16, on Mesa Street.

Police said Parkman was crossing the street in an undesignated crosswalk area when he was struck by an SUV driven by a 54-year-old El Paso man.

The SUV driver stopped and tried to help Parkman.

Parkman was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

No other information was provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
