One Killed in North Austin Pedestrian Accident on Lamar Boulevard and Beaver Street

Austin, Texas (October 2, 2022) – One person was killed Saturday evening in a pedestrian accident in North Austin, according to officials.

The deadly accident happened around 8:00 p.m., October 1, at the intersection of N. Lamar Boulevard and Beaver Street.

Officials said an adult pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

No other information was available.

An investigation is ongoing.
