DPS Trooper Injured in Austin Motorcycle Accident at 15th Street and Lavaca Street

Austin, Texas (July 18, 2020) – A DPS trooper was injured in a motorcycle accident Saturday morning in downtown Austin, a local news source reported.

The accident happened around 11:27 a.m. at the intersection of 15th Street and Lavaca Street.

According to the report, the trooper was riding his motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a car at the intersection.

The trooper was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
