One Critically Injured in Burleson Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35W at Renfro Street

Burleson, Texas (April 23, 2020) – A driver was critically injured on Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash in Burleson, a local news source reported.

The crash occurred on Wednesday, April 22, on Interstate 35W at Renfro Street.

Police said a pickup truck entered the northbound lanes of I-35W, veered across all lanes of traffic, struck the center median and collided with an 18-wheeler.

The impact ejected the pickup truck driver into the bed of the truck. He was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

The semi-truck driver wasn’t seriously injured in the crash.

The Burleson Police Department is investigating the crash.
