Elvis Sanchez Killed in Lubbock Pedestrian Crash on 34th Street near Avenue G

Lubbock, Texas (July 13, 2021) – A man was killed early Tuesday morning in a pedestrian accident in Lubbock, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 5:04 a.m., in the 700 block of 34th Street near Avenue G.

Police said Elvis Sanchez, 29, was attempting to cross the street when he was struck by a westbound Audi Q7.

Sanchez was taken to University Medical Center, where he later died.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
