Erica McCrary Killed in Temple Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Temple, Texas (December 11, 2019) – A woman was killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Temple, according to the police.

The fatal crash occurred around 5:00 a.m., December 10, on the southbound Interstate in the area of the Adams Avenue/Central Avenue exit.

Police said a car spun out on the wet highway and was struck by an 18-wheeler.

Erica McCrary, 28, who was a passenger in the car, was killed in the crash.

The man driving the car was taken to Scott & White Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the 18-wheeler was uninjured.

The crash remains under investigation.
