Francisco Garcia Killed in El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 375

El Paso, Texas (September 10, 2021) – According to the police, a 69-year-old man was killed Monday night in a rollover crash in El Paso.

The fatal crash happened on September 6, on Loop 375 near the Iron Medics exit.

Police said a 42-year-old man was driving a 2006 Cadillac DTS northbound at a high rate of speed when he swerved and rear-ended a 2004 Ford Mustang driven by Francisco Garcia, 69.

The force of the impact caused the Mustang to travel down an embankment and rollover.

Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 42-year-old man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Investigators said speed and alcohol might have been contributing factors in the crash.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
