San Antonio, Texas – The woman who was killed Sunday evening in a pedestrian accident in San Antonio’s West Side has been identified as 52-year-old Graciela Murrillo Angel, according to San Antonio Police Department.

The deadly accident happened around 5:00 p.m., April 21, in the 9800 block of Potranco Road near North Ellison Drive.

Police said a driver was attempting to make a left turn onto a private driveway when they failed to yield to another car that was passing by, resulting in a collision. The impact pushed one of the cars onto the sidewalk where it struck Angel who was walking.

Angel was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Both drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The police are investigating the crash.
