Johnn Michael Arthur and Sandra Jeanette Watson Killed in San Patricio County Two-Vehicle Crash on Bayside Road (FM 136)

San Patricio County, Texas (June 13, 2023) – Two people were killed Tuesday night in a head-on collision in San Patricio County, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 9:45 p.m., June 6, on the Bayside Road, FM-136, north of Gregory.

DPS said an Acura TSX was traveling southbound when it moved into the northbound lane and crashed head-on into a northbound Mercedes GLE.

The Acura driver, Johnn Michael Arthur, 66, of Corpus Christi, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Mercedes driver, Sandra Jeanette Watson, 57, of Woodsboro, was also pronounced dead at the scene.

The troopers are investigating the crash.
