Bexar County, Texas – One person was killed and another was injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Bexar County, according to the deputies.

The fatal crash happened around 8:11 a.m., April 16, at the intersection of State Highway 211 and Highway 16.

Deputies said a dump truck lost control while making a left turn onto southbound SH 211 from northbound Highway 16 and collided with a Chevy Silverado pickup truck.

The Silverado driver, Kevin Robles, 35, was killed in the crash.

The dump truck driver flipped onto its side after the collision. The driver was partially ejected and pinned in his vehicle. He was freed and was taken to the hospital with a head injury.

The roads were wet at the time of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
