Isela Andrade Killed in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on West Little York near Beltway

Harris County, Texas (September 18, 2023) – The woman who was killed last month in a hit-and-run accident in Harris County has been identified as Isela Andrade, 24, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around 4:00 a.m., August 19, on West Little York just outside the Beltway.

Authorities said Andrade was walking home after getting into an argument with her boyfriend when she was struck by a vehicle. She was taken to the hospital, where she later died.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident, and the authorities are still looking for them. 

An investigation is underway. Anyone with any information about the hit-and-run is asked to call the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
