Laramie Fowler Killed in El Paso Motorcycle Crash at George Dieter and Rexter

El Paso, Texas (December 27, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed on Christmas Day in a hit-and-run crash in east El Paso, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 4:45 p.m., December 25, at the intersection of George Dieter and Rexter.

Authorities said Laramie Fowler, 24, of northeast El Paso, was riding his motorcycle at a high rate of speed when he tried to avoid hitting a car that had turned in front of him. He laid his bike down and was struck by the car as he was sliding on the roadway.

The car driver exited her vehicle and walked around her car, then fled the scene.

Fowler was killed in the crash.

The woman was wearing a green sweater and driving a dark-colored vehicle. The authorities are looking for her.
