Leslie Agyepong Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-45 in Navarro County

Leslie Freeman Agyepong Killed in Navarro County Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate Highway 45

Navarro County, Texas (March 10, 2023) – According to the Texas DPS, a woman was killed Tuesday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash in Navarro County.

The fatal crash happened around 2:20 p.m., March 7, on Interstate Highway 45, about a mile south of FM 739.

DPS said Leslie, Freeman Agyepong, 46, from Lacey, WA, was driving a Freightliner truck tractor towing a semi-trailer southbound when she crashed into three other truck tractors towing semi-trailers, which were stopped due to an unrelated crash.

Agyepong’s vehicle caught fire after the crash. 

Agyepong was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other information was available.

The crash remains under investigation.
