Linda Reed Killed in Texarkana Street Racing Crash on Stateline Avenue; Christopher Daniel and Robert Culpepper Arrested

Texarkana, Texas – Two drivers, Christopher Daniel, 25, and Robert Culpepper, 23, have been arrested in connection to a crash that left a woman dead in December in Texarkana, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 7:20 p.m., December 18, on North Stateline Avenue.

Police said Linda Reed, 66, was attempting to cross North Stateline Avenue from East 9th Street to Hazel Street when her car was struck by Daniel and Culpepper who were racing southbound on the highway.

Reed was killed in the crash.

Daniel and Culpepper were arrested and were charged with racing on the highway involving death. They were booked into the Bi-State Jail and their bonds were set at $1 million each.

The police are investigating the crash.
