1 Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 6 in Houston

One Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 6 at Briar Forest Drive

Houston, Texas (April 2, 2022) – The person who was injured last week Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Houston has died, according to the police.

The victim was pronounced dead on Thursday, March 31.

The crash happened around 11:25 a.m., March 26, in the 1600 block of South Highway 6 at the intersection of Briar Forest Drive.

Police said a red Chrysler 200 ran a red light and struck a white Honda Accord, which was traveling on Highway 6 and was attempting to turn eastbound on Briar Forest Drive.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he later died. His name has not been released.

No other details were available.

The police are investigating the crash.
