Letzy Jaramillo Killed in San Marcos Train-Pedestrian Accident on CM Allen Parkway

San Marcos, Texas (February 23, 2022) – A 16-year-old girl was fatally hit by a train Monday evening in San Marcos, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just after 5:00 p.m., February 21, on CM Allen Parkway.

Police said Letzy Jaramillo was crossing the railroad tracks and was looking at her phone when she was struck by a train.

Jaramillo was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other information was provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
