One Driver Hospitalized after Lufkin Car Crash near Timberland and Tulane Drive
Lufkin, Texas (March 16, 2019) – One person was injured Friday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in Lufkin, officials said.
The crash happened at about 3:25 p.m. March 15, near the intersection of Timberland and Tulane Drive.
Officials said a Hyundai collided with a Chevrolet truck in the middle lane of Timberland Drive and the impact pushed the Chevrolet into the rear of a Ford F150.
The Hyundai driver was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.
The inside and middle lanes of Timberland Drive were shut down following the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
