2 Injured in San Antonio 3-Vehicle Crash Involving Golf Cart near FM 1516

San Antonio, Texas (October 27, 2019) – A man was critically injured in a three-vehicle crash involving a golf cart Saturday night in San Antonio, according to Bexar County deputies.

The crash was reported around 9:00 a.m. October 26, near FM 1516.

The deputies said a vehicle was towing a golf cart when another car struck the golf cart from behind, crushing the golf cart.

A man who was riding in the golf cart was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

The driver towing the golf cart was taken to Northeast Methodist Hospital with minor injuries.

Investigators said the driver who caused the crash may have been intoxicated.

The crash remains under investigation.
