Man Critically Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on FM 1960 in Harris County

60-Year-Old Man Critically Injured in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on FM 1960

Harris County, Texas (September 17, 2020) – A 60-year-old man was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash on Wednesday in north Harris County, according to deputies.

The accident happened on September 16, in the 400 block of FM 1960 near Cypress Station Drive.

Deputies said the man was crossing the eastbound main lanes of the highway when he was hit by an unknown dark-colored vehicle.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The man was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition.

The authorities are looking for the suspect.

An investigation is underway. Anyone with any information about the accident is asked to call HCSO Vehicular Crime Division.
