Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Gulf Freeway near Woodridge

Houston, Texas (March 13, 2021) – A man was hit and killed by a car early Saturday morning in southeast Houston, according to police.

The deadly accident occurred around 12:40 a.m. on Gulf Freeway near Woodridge.

Police said the man might have been trying to cross the freeway when he was hit by a car.

The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

The driver of the car stopped after the accident and waited for the police.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
