Man Killed in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on FM 1960 near Ferrel Road

Harris County, Texas (May 18, 2023) – A man was hit and killed by a truck Tuesday night near Humble, according to the deputies.

The deadly accident happened shortly before 11:00 p.m., May 16, in the 4900 block of FM 1960, just east of Ferrel Road.

Deputies said the man was walking toward traffic when he was struck by a white F-250.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The Ford driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. They did not show any signs of intoxication.

 No other details regarding this crash were available.

The deputies are investigating the crash.
