Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on South Zarzamora Street near San Fernando Street

San Antonio, Texas (May 14, 2021) – A man was fatally hit by a pickup truck Thursday night in San Antonio’s West Side, according to a local news source.

The deadly accident happened just before 10:00 p.m., May 13, on South Zarzamora Street near San Fernando Street.

According to the report, the man was in the roadway when he was struck by a pickup truck.

The driver said it was dark at the time of the accident and he didn’t see the man.

The man was taken to the hospital, but he died on the way. His name has not been released.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The police are investigating the crash.
