Man Injured in San Antonio Three-Vehicle Crash on Hwy 151 at Pinn Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 16, 2020) – A man was injured early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m., November 15, on Highway 151 at Pinn Road.

Police said a white pickup truck was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Highway 151 when it crashed head-on into a car. The pickup then spun and struck another oncoming vehicle.

The pickup driver fled the scene on foot after the crash.

A man was trapped in the passenger seat of the pickup truck. He was extricated and taken to University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The other people involved in the crash were not taken to the hospital.

The authorities are still looking for the pickup driver.

The crash remains under investigation.
