Man Injured in Lufkin Pedestrian Accident on West Frank Avenue

Lufkin, Texas (December 6, 2023) – A man was injured Tuesday evening in a pedestrian accident in Lufkin, according to the police.

The crash happened around 8:50 p.m., December 5, in the 600 block of West Frank Avenue.

Police said the man was struck by an eastbound sedan.

The driver stopped to check on the man.

The man was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.

The driver was uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
