Man Killed in San Antonio Car Crash on Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (January 2, 2018) – A man was killed after he was ejected from a truck and got hit by multiple vehicles Tuesday evening on the West Side, according to San Antonio police.
The accident happened just after 6:30 p.m. January 1, on Loop 410 near Marbach.
Police said a Chevrolet Avalanche was southbound on Loop 410 when the driver lost control and struck the concrete divider.
A backseat passenger who was not restrained was ejected by the impact and was then hit by multiple vehicles.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity was not immediately released.
The drivers who hit the victim remained at the scene.
The San Antonio Police Department is conducting an investigation into the incident.
