22-Year-Old Man Killed in Reno Two-Vehicle Crash on Jay Bird Lane

Parker County, Texas (September 15, 2019) – A 22-year-old man was killed Saturday morning in a head-on collision in the city of Reno, according to the officials.

The fatal crash happened at about 2:45 a.m. September 14, in the 1700 block of Jay Bird Lane.

Police said the man was driving a Ford Mustang southbound when he veered into the northbound lane and crashed head-on into a Ford pickup.

The driver of the Mustang was declared dead at the scene. His name has not been disclosed.

The pickup driver, a 56-year-old, was airlifted to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth in unknown condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
