Man Critically Injured in San Antonio Train-Pedestrian Accident near I-10 and Colorado

San Antonio, Texas (September 19, 2022) – A man was critically injured Saturday night after being struck by a train in San Antonio, according to the police.

The accident happened around 10:35 p.m., September 17, near Interstate 10 and Colorado.

Police said the man was sitting on the train tracks when he was struck by a Union Pacific train.

The train conductor called 9-1-1, saying he thought he might have hit someone.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

No other information was provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
