Matthew Camlin Killed in East El Paso Motorcycle Crash on Montwood Drive

El Paso, Texas (March 7, 2022) – A motorcyclist was killed Saturday evening in a hit-and-run crash in East El Paso, according to the authorities.

The crash happened shortly before 7:00 p.m., March 5, in the 11000 block of Montwood Drive.

Authorities said Bryan Scott Parham,48, allegedly failed to yield the right of way while turning left and crashed into Matthew Eric Camlin,48, who was riding a 2003 Harley Davidson 883.

Camlin was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

Parham fled the scene after the accident. Evidence at the scene led investigators to him. He was then arrested and placed under arrest. He has been charged with Accident Involving Death.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
