Michael Jay Clark Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Thousand Oaks Drive

San Antonio, Texas (March 24, 2021) – The man who was killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in San Antonio’s Northeast Side has been identified as Michael Jay Clark, 33, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The fatal crash happened around 2:13 p.m., March 21, at a crossover in front of the Sedona Canyon Apartments, in the 4620 block of Thousand Oaks Drive.

Police said Clark was driving a car when he pulled into the path of a truck, and the vehicles collided.

Clark was pronounced dead at the scene.

The truck driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
