Monica Huereque Killed, Nadine Ceballos Injured in El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash on North Loop at Delta Drive

El Paso, Texas (July 6, 2022) – A woman was killed, and another person was injured in a two-vehicle crash that happened on July 2 in South Central El Paso, according to the police.

The crash happened shortly before midnight in the 7000 block of North Loop at the intersection with Delta Drive.

Police said Nadine Ceballos, 30, was driving a 2018 Nissan Altima westbound on North Loop and was attempting to turn onto Delta Drive when she was rear-ended by a 2018 Dodge Ram driven by 51-year-old Monica Carrizal Huereque.

Huereque was ejected from the Dodge and was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead on July 4.

Ceballos was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The police are investigating the crash.
