One Injured in Splendora Motorcycle Accident on US Highway 59

Splendora, Texas (November 30, 2019) – A motorcyclist was injured in a traffic accident on Tuesday in Splendora, according to the authorities.

The crash occurred on Tuesday, November 26, on northbound US Highway 59.

Authorities said a road rage driver in a white Tahoe hit a Volkswagen Jetta occupied by a man, woman, and child. The Tahoe then cut across all of the lanes of the highway and hit a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

The impact ejected the motorcyclist. The victim was rushed to the hospital in an unknown condition.

The Tahoe driver was charged with aggravated assault and child endangerment.

The crash remains under investigation.
