Motorcyclist Injured in Crash at 34th and Western in Amarillo

One Injured in Amarillo Motorcycle Crash at 34th and Western

Amarillo, Texas (December 8, 2023) – A motorcyclist was injured Friday morning in a crash in Amarillo, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred around 7:21 a.m., at the intersection of 34th and Western.

According to the report, an SUV was traveling southbound and turning eastbound onto 34th while a motorcycle was traveling northbound on Western.

Both vehicles had a green light and the SUV turned in front of the motorcycle, resulting in a collision.

The motorcyclist was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.

The SUV driver was uninjured in the crash.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
