Nicholas Wutrich Arrested after College Station Collision on Harvey Mitchell Parkway

College Station, Texas (August 24, 2019) – A man was arrested after a suspected DUI collision that led to the death of one person early Thursday morning in College Station.

According to the authorities, the incident took place at about 2:30 a.m. August 22, in the 200 block of Harvey Mitchell Parkway.

Police said two vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of Harvey Mitchell Parkway.

The driver of one of the vehicles was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at 3 p.m. on August 23.

The second driver, identified as Nicholas Wutrich, 22, of Houston, was arrested on suspicion of intoxication assault.

The crash remains under investigation.
