Nick Johnson Killed in Houston Moped Accident on Beltway at Southwest Freeway

Houston, Texas (October 10, 2019) – A man was killed in a moped accident Monday morning in Houston, according to a local news source.

The accident took place around 6:00 a.m. October 7, on the Beltway at the Southwest Freeway.

As per the report, 20-year-old Nick Johnson was riding his moped to work when he was hit by a vehicle from behind.

Johnson was killed in the crash. The driver who hit him fled the scene.

Deputies believe the suspect’s vehicle is a 2012-2014 GMC Yukon or Sierra. The vehicle might have a broken front bumper.
