Officer and Two Civilians Injured in Pearland Two-Vehicle Crash

Pearland, Texas (August 1, 2021) – Three people, including a Pearland officer, were injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in Pearland, according to the police.

The crash happened on July 31. The exact location of the crash was not provided.

Police said the officer was driving a police unit when they rear-ended another vehicle.

The two people in the other vehicle were trapped in their vehicle and had to be extricated.

The two people and the officer were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
