Officer, Woman Injured in Crash on Montfort Drive at Arapaho Road in Dallas

Officer and Woman Injured in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash on Montfort Drive at Arapaho Road

Dallas, Texas (November 24, 2020) – A police officer and a woman were injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night in Dallas, according to police.

The crash happened around 9:19 p.m., November 22, at the intersection of Montfort Drive and Arapaho Road.

Police said a marked squad car with its emergency lights and siren on was traveling northbound on Montfort Drive when it entered the intersection on a red light and collided with a gray 2015 Kia K900 that was traveling eastbound on Arapaho Road.

The Kia driver and the officer were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Three children in the Kia, ages 11, 3, and 1, were uninjured in the crash.

An investigation is underway.
