David Lutz Killed in Cedar Park Bicycle Accident at Cypress Creek Road and El Salido Parkway

Cedar Park, Texas (August 24, 2021) – According to the police, a man was killed Sunday morning in a bicycle crash at a Cedar Park intersection.

The deadly accident happened around 7:50 a.m., August 22, at the intersection of Cypress Creek Road and El Salido Parkway, near Cedar Park High School.

Police said David Lutz, 67, was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle at the intersection.

Lutz was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

No further details regarding the crash were available.

The Cedar Park Police Traffic Division is investigating the crash.
