3 Seriously Injured in San Antonio Three-Vehicle Crash on Fair Avenue at Palmetto Avenue

San Antonio, Texas (June 23, 2020) – Three people were seriously injured Saturday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s Southeast Side, according to San Antonio police.

The crash happened on June 20, in the area of Palmetto and Fair Avenues.

Police said an SUV was traveling on Fair Avenue when the driver lost control and crashed into two other vehicles.

The impact caused one of those vehicles to hit a utility pole and the other to hit a white picket fence while the SUV rolled and came to a stop in someone’s front yard.

Three people were taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.

We hope the injured victims recover quickly.

Common Causes of Automobile Accidents

While there are many causes of car accidents, the most common reasons of driver negligence include driver inattention; cell phone use; texting and driving; speeding; fatigue; failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign or private drive; running a red light; and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” Attorney Joel A. Gordon said. Mr. Gordon believes that an independent investigation is important. An Attorney will help obtain the crash report, secure accident photos, interview witnesses, and create a claim.
