Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Loop 410 near Jackson-Keller Road

San Antonio, Texas (February 20, 2023) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The deadly crash happened at about 4:00 a.m. on Loop 410 EB near the exit for Jackson-Keller Road and just before the exit for Castle Hills.

As per the report, the pedestrian, a man in his 30’s, was attempting to cross Loop 410 at Jackson-Keller when he was hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene.

The man died at the scene. His name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
