One Injured in Fort Worth Train Accident near U.S. Highway 377 and Keller Haslet Road

Fort Worth, Texas (December 7, 2019) – One person was injured Friday night in a freight train and semi-trailer crash in Fort Worth, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. December 6, near U.S. Highway 377 and Keller Haslet Road.

Officials said a semitrailer carrying several vehicles experienced a mechanical issue, got stuck on the tracks and was hit by a freight train.

The driver of the semitrailer was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Motorists were urged to seek alternate routes.

An investigation is underway.
