One Killed in San Antonio Three-Vehicle Crash on De Zavala Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 2, 2020) – One person was killed in a head-on collision Saturday night in San Antonio’s Northwest Side, according to police.

The fatal crash happened at about 9:00 p.m., October 31, on De Zavala Road.

Police said a Ford was traveling eastbound at about 80 to 90 mph when it clipped the back of a Honda. The impact caused the Ford driver to lose control, go into oncoming traffic, spin, and crash head-on into an Acura.

The Ford driver was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

The Honda driver was uninjured in the crash.

The occupants of the Acura were taken to University hospital in serious condition.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
