One Killed in Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 620 near Mansfield Dam

Austin, Texas (October 22, 2020) – One person was killed on Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash in Austin near Lake Travis, a local news source reported.

The fatal crash occurred on October 21, on FM 620 near Mansfield Dam.

DPS said a Chevy Suburban traveled across the center lane and crashed into a truck tractor towing a semi-trailer.

One person was pinned in the wreckage and had to be extricated. The victim sadly was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
