Man Killed in San Antonio Industrial Accident on W. Hutchins Place near S. Zarzamora

San Antonio, Texas (October 18, 2019) – A worker was killed in an industrial accident Friday morning in San Antonio, a local news source reported.

The incident was reported just before 6:00 a.m. in an industrial site on the 1500 block of W. Hutchins Place near S. Zarzamora.

Police said a worker went out to warm up a piece of heavy equipment, but he was unaware that it was in gear, and when he started the equipment it moved and hit another worker.

The victim was declared dead at the scene.
