1 Killed in Denton Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 380 at Mayhill and Geesling

Denton, Texas (November 15, 2019) – One person was killed Thursday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash in Denton, according to the police.

The crash happened shortly before 2:00 p.m. November 14, on Highway 380 at Mayhill and Geesling.

Police said the crash involved multiple vehicles.

One person was killed in the crash.

The crash closed all lanes of University Drive. The westbound lanes were diverted northbound at Geesling Road to Mingo Road, while the eastbound lanes were closed at Loop 288.

The lanes were later reopened.

An investigation is underway.
