One Critically Injured in Azle Pedestrian Accident on Highway 199(Jacksboro Highway)

Azle, Texas (December 3, 2019) – A pedestrian was critically injured in a hit-and-run accident on Friday afternoon in Azle, according to the authorities.

The accident happened just before 1:00 p.m. November 29, on Highway 199 Jacksboro Highway) near Steward Street.

Authorities said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle for unknown reasons on the highway.

The victim was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

The involved driver fled the scene after the accident but was later arrested.
