Pedestrian Dies Days After Crash on FM 1960 in Houston

One Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on FM 1960

Houston, Texas (August 10, 2022) – According to the police, the male pedestrian who was critically injured in a crash on August 3 in Houston has died.

The accident happened around 11:35 p.m., in the 9000 block of West FM 1960.

Police said a white Dodge Ram pickup truck was traveling eastbound on the highway when it struck a pedestrian who was standing in the roadway.

The pedestrian was taken to HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood in critical condition, where he later died on Saturday, August 6. His name has not been released.

The pickup truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. He was not impaired at the time of the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
