One Killed in Pleasant Grove Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 30 near Jim Miller Road

Pleasant Grove, Texas (October 9, 2023) – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a car early Sunday morning in Pleasant Grove, according to the deputies.

The deadly accident happened just before 2:00 a.m., October 8, in the right lane of Interstate 30 near Jim Miller Road.

Deputies said the person was trying to run across the eastbound lanes when they were struck by a vehicle.

The victim was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released.

The driver stayed at the scene after the accident.

The deputies are investigating the crash.
